COURSE DESCRIPTION
All aspiring brokers must complete 120 hours of approved education, including the 30-hour Real Estate Office Management course. This course, offered exclusively in a classroom format, fulfills the Tennessee Real Estate Commission’s requirement for brokerage management education. While the course prepares you for brokerage duties, it is not designed to prepare you for the Broker exam, which has separate National and Tennessee State Law sections.
CERTIFICATION
This course meets the TREC 30-hour office/brokerage management education requirement. It will not count towards continuing education for Affiliate Brokers. To obtain your Broker’s license, you must also complete a total of 120 education hours, gain 36 months of active license experience (or 24 months if licensed before May 1988), and pass the Tennessee Broker Exam.
