Meet Our Instructors
Greg Glosson
Greg has been directly involved in the real estate industry for over 25 years as a licensed REALTOR®, managing broker and the owner of numerous residential properties. He has more than 25 years of sales, marketing, management and instruction experience. Greg is a native of Memphis, Tennessee and is married to his Principal Broker, Beth Glosson.
Greg brings the experience of closing over 4,000 residential transactions to the classroom and draws from that experience to create real life situations and scenarios for his attendees.
Jill was born and raised in Memphis, TN. After going away to college, she returned to West Tennessee. She began as a teacher in Memphis City Schools in 1998 teaching elementary students. After years in the traditional classroom, she moved into the gifted program with Memphis City Schools until 2010 when she left the local school district to go work with the state department of education in schools that were under performing. In 2014, she accepted a position with Millington School District as an Intervention Specialist. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and a Master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction.
Jill began her real estate career in 2015. Her focus has been residential and investment sales. She earned her Broker’s license in 2018 and became a full-time agent. Jill has mentored new real estate agents and worked as a lead on a real estate team. She is currently at Fast Track Realty where she continues to focus on residential and investment sales. She has served on numerous committees at the Memphis Area Association of REALTORS®, she is a past secretary in Women’s Council Memphis, and is currently the Membership Chair for WCR. She is a 2020 graduate of Leadership MAAR and a lifetime member of MAAR’s Multi-Million Dollar Club. Jill’s certifications and designations include ABR, SRS, PSA, AHWD, GRI, MRP, RENE, E-Pro, and SRES. Jill has also completed extensive training and earned the National Association of REALTORS® C2EX endorsement.
Jill White
Beth Glosson
Beth Glosson was born and raised in Memphis and remains a strong advocate for our city. Beth has been licensed for 20 years, and received her brokers license in 2009. She is currently the principal broker and owner of Fast Track Realty.
She has extensive experience is working with distressed properties as is a former listing broker for HUD, Fannie Mae and multiple national outsourcing companies and banks. She currently represents over 15 in-state and out-of-state investment groups. working with in and out of state investors has always been her passion, and she is extremely well-versed in working with both on and off-market sales.
